Our Story
Founded by Rik Pannett and Therese Woodruff, our consultancy brings together over three decades of experience in professional tree care, management, and arboricultural consultancy.
Rik has worked in the arboricultural industry for more than 30 years, developing a deep understanding of both the practical and technical aspects of tree management. His career has spanned roles as a climbing arborist, consultant, and project advisor on a diverse range of developments and conservation sites across Ireland and the UK.
A member of the Arboricultural Association, Rik holds an ABC Level 4 Diploma in Arboriculture and a Lantra Professional Tree Inspection (PTI) qualification. His expertise ensures that every survey, report, and inspection is conducted with precision, compliance, and a focus on long-term sustainability.
Therese Woodruff oversees project coordination and operational management. With a strong background in management and client services, she ensures each project runs efficiently from instruction through to completion. Her organisational expertise guarantees that reports are delivered to the highest professional standard and within agreed timescales, while maintaining clear communication with clients throughout the process.
Together, Rik and Therese combine technical knowledge, industry experience, and professional management to deliver a trusted, client-focused arboricultural consultancy service.
